Anyone who knows me from yoga classes or from her skating probably can not imagine that I particularly like the autumn Tadasana (mountain pose) did. This has started sometime in late summer, I have often taken the opportunity, I turned his face towards the sun and enjoyed the warmth and light. Even if it were only a few seconds often it has always done me very well. In the autumn of Anusara Immersion I then I have learned a lot which is part of the alignment in Tadasana. This has brought Tadasana as Lieblingsasana again to the fore. Since therapy workshop I recognize the alignment of Tadasana but also in other asanas. I would therefore call Tadasana less than Lieblingsasana but rather as a universal basis.
