How To Write A Proof Or Community Hours Letter

Lieblingsasanas here Warrior 1

Only with the Anusara Immersion I, I have learned how the Warrior 1 ( Virabhadrasana I ) aligns the hips parallel to the short side of the mat. Strangely, I have not previously made aware of this movement to perform. It made me realize how hard are run even seemingly simple asanas and has Virabhadrasana I made for a short time to my Lieblingsasana. Just me, the first warrior falls but still do not.
