In the immersion I was not even with 2 blankets under the shoulders in the shoulder as well felt so right. Only with effort in the trapezius (I think) I could keep the shoulders in a position not that the load on the cervical spine was. Immersion II, 2.tes weekend

Also this weekend there were in immersion to learn a lot again, and accordingly to forget. Because my hips are in the air I can, unaided, the balance (still) not have got done. In Hanumanasana I noticed that my buttocks just make it touch the ground. The funniest part is that I Eka Pada Rajakapotasana've never tried before, and I had practiced Hanumanasana not longer. To stand head and shoulders this week I read something in Moyers Awakening the Inner Body , I hope I get my personal insights to summarize in a separate post.

Immersion II was again instructive

The first weekend of the 2nd immersion is over, it was a short weekend, despite the many hours.
What is increasingly clear: Philosophy in English is difficult for me, probably because it was already in German is not my subject.
