Finally Prevention again

After I wrote in my last post I at preventing little of the injury in the posterior thigh muscles feel it is now so good that I can enjoy Prevention properly again. This reminds me more on because I have recently visited in proportion to many yoga classes. The visits of yoga classes has the disadvantage (and of course an advantage) that one will not define itself as the sequence of asanas fails and how long they are held. For prevention I now firmly and more often these are my holding times are usually too short. The usual compensation by the inherent lack practice, because in the last 2 weeks I was more on Christmas than at home on the yoga mat.
Maybe I should switch back to 2-run home yoga classes and yoga 3 to 4 days.
