ups, Anusara again .....
The first weekend of the 2nd immersion is over, it was a short weekend, despite the many hours.
What is increasingly clear: Philosophy in English is difficult for me, probably because it was already in German is not my subject. This is crazy: several what is at Patanjali is so natural for me I do not even consider philosophically. Some things I will be helpful, but I'm afraid if I could use this knowledge, I will probably not remember it. In the end, each their own interpretation of such texts such as Patanjali find. As asanas and alignment were not fundamentally new, but many details and more refreshing. The scary is: I know (if I'm honest with myself) very well what I could do better, respectively. where I work more on myself and yet must I not succeed in some places. Therefore, I am glad when I get detailed feedback, both verbally and in the form of manual adjustments. On the other hand, I sometimes realize I could do something better, try it but does not know how. Perhaps I should put a block for such purposes in addition to the mat and write directly to my questions so I would not forget them. summary, I have learned a lot, still has to handle some of it and am looking forward to the next weekend.
