Anatomy and shoulder stand
In the immersion I was not even with 2 blankets under the shoulders in the shoulder as well felt so right. Only with effort in the trapezius (I think) I could keep the shoulders in a position not that the load on the cervical spine was. In this way, shoulder stand to make more than a minute its very nature has little meaning. Similarly, I am always standing on my head, I have to spend this much power relative to the shoulders in the correct position to hold and to relieve the head.
Because I remembered in the Donald Moyers Awakenig the Inner Body much is at shoulder level to resources I have read the chapter again. Moyer beats in my body (My shoulders drop out relatively strong, C7 is about 5cm above my shoulders) should be used before each shoulder under an extra blanket. For the headstand ( Sirsasana ) one can determine the proportions by in Tadasana hands as Sirsasana behind his head, upper arms directed upwards, the lower arms parallel to the ceiling hosts and look how much higher or lower the head in relation to the forearms. With my head in this case extends well beyond the arms also (2-3cm) which means I would have to Sirsasana support under my arms, hence, not so much load on my head is, respectively. I do not so much needs to compensate by muscles. If you
on the binders, for example in Ardha Matsyendrasana , relates it's no wonder I can think of this very easily. The same applies to Tolasana . From this point I should jump between the Adho Mukha Svanasana and Dandasana actually fall easily. Because I've never practiced hard I can do still not smooth.
