In December I had the complete Anusara Teacher Training manual again completely read. A week ago on Friday then a message came with homework for the second immersion Included are chapters from the course called Teacher Training Manual, but also the complete immersion Manual. I have not decided for myself the immersion Manual easy to read completely but a few chapters, of which I can remember very little, read 2 times. I have therefore a link to the immersion Manual on the computer desktop set, I will be remembered not to forget.
reading some of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is also on the preparations, I have these in book form in Heart of Yoga by TKV Desikachar ever read, but the content I can not remember very well. Only Yogas-chitta-Vrtti-nirodhah has stayed with me. The translations which are of course subject to interpretation. Anyone who has tried using http://www.spokensanskrit.de/ can do anything to translate from Sanskrit to understand the safe. However, I reminded the Arjuna (Dr. Ronald Steiner) a page has with his interpretation Online. I will therefore read from Arjuna a little you might end up in another interpretation, a bit more than before hanging. In any case, so my understanding is more rounded than before.
