around me for the next Anusara immersion a little preparation I have worked through my notes of the first immersion and now read the manual for teacher training again. The chapter on sequencing has it done to me at the moment. The reasons for the sequencing sound logical, but I can not remember anyway. This is unusual, because logical connections I have to understand once and I never forget that. Obviously, then, are the reasons for sequencing are not consistent or I have not understood anything. I will read the chapter accordingly a few more times.
